Tools for real pharmacometric work

Focused command-line programs written in Rust. Offline, reproducible, and built for Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, and Data Science workflows.

Pharmacometrics Data Obfuscator

data-obfuscator

Mask a NONMEM-style pharmacometric dataset so it can be shown to an LLM or a collaborator, without breaking the PK/PD structure that makes the data worth analysing.

  • Recodes identifiers, shifts dates, rescales covariates
  • Optionally renames columns
  • Leaves doses, observations, times and event flags intact
  • Writes a ready-to-paste LLM prompt pack, token estimates, and a private de-identification key

Outputs

masked data Obfuscated NONMEM-style dataset
llm.txt Prompt pack tailored to your data
tokens.txt Token estimates for major LLM families
keymap.txt Private de-identification key (you keep)
CLI · Rust

fastcov

Accelerated covariate model selection

NONMEM-free covariate model selection for population PK models. Starts from a completed NONMEM base model and evaluates parameter–covariate relationships without running NONMEM again.

  • Frozen-model efficient score test (univariate & conditional)
  • Posterior random-effect stability selection
  • Forward/backward selection and uncertainty propagation
  • Optional fit, VPC, and publication-ready plots

Engines

frozen Does the data push each candidate coefficient away from zero at the base solution?
posterior Which covariates repeatedly explain between-subject variability across draws and resamples?
both Where do the two lines of evidence agree?

Push the boundary of pharmacometric software

We close the gap between the sophistication of modern pharmacometrics and the tools available to practitioners. Better software means better science, faster decisions, and safer medicines.

  • 01
Advance modeling capability Deliver engines and methods that keep pace with the scientific questions pharmacometricians are asked to answer.
  • 02
Improve everyday workflows Remove friction from data handling, model building, diagnostics, and communication of results.
  • 03
Remain open and extensible Build in the open so the community can inspect, extend, and trust the tools they rely on.

Built in the open, for the community

HyperPKPD tools are developed as open-source software. Contributions, issue reports, and scientific collaboration are welcome. Transparent methods and reproducible tools are foundational to trustworthy pharmacometrics.
